Well I have been mighty quite. Rather uninspired lately…so, I have been still and trying to get re-vitalized. Hopefully, positivity and new energy will be my way soon.

Oh my January is half over! I have been extremely swamped between the dentist office, training and FOUNDATION TRAINING.
Busy is always good…
The Deville Y is bustling right now! They are adding some small group training classes using some metabolic/ fat burning workouts. The workouts are designed to be short(15-30) minutes in duration and intense. The workouts can be adapted for all fitness levels.
Of course, I think it is awesome.
Foundation Training is growing also! This makes me especially happy. Every single new person who has started FT loves it and feels what is happening in the body. The people who have signed up because of back pain have stated relief after just one session.
Foundation Training is going to be big and is going to help so many people to start moving, move better, and relieve pain. Most people can learn all the exercises in 4-8 sessions. When I first watched a video Dr Goodman had out on FT…at the end of the video he stated, do these exercises everyday and no back pain…ever! I said to myself…right? I actually, thought that was pretty risky to say that when trying to sell a product. Well, I’m here to tell you he is just about 100% correct. My back pain is all but gone! I’m not joking! That’s why I talk about this everyday…every chance I get.

No words so wisdom today….just get out there and do what you’re supposed to do! Be grateful for what you have and where you are.
7/8/13: Well, Monday is in the books! Feelin better getting back to work, had a decent workout this morning and ate good today. Even us trainers/health nuts get out of sync sometimes. Anyway, I’m working on it…time to get re-focused, motivated and energetic! Who’s with me?
Friday 5/3/13: Let’s do something to really make those muscle systems scream!
Do a warm up first.
Group 1: 10 Burpees
10 Skater Hops
10 Jump Jacks
Rest 30 seconds repeat 2x
Group 2: 10 Squats w/ a 5 sec hold at bottom
10 Renegade Row
Rest 30 sec Repeat 2x
Group 3: 10 Mt Climbers
10 Row Boats
10 Bear Crawls
Rest 30 sec Repeat 2x

Fri May 3,2013: FRIDAY is here! Even tho it is extremely wet here in Mississippi- it is still the weekend. Really, don’t have any plans since it will likely rain most of the weekend. I have some studying to do on my FOUNDATION TRAINING, a social activity Sat evening, and of course my meal preparations for the next work week. Sometimes, it just nice not to be blowing and going.
Everyone keep posting and motivating…it’s always good for me to stay connected to my fellow fitness junkies, and to keep helping those just getting started.
