Friday: Ladder Workout

Fri March 1,2013: Workout.
Warm up: Everything 20 sec.
Jog n place, Split shuffle, standing climb the rope, squats, inchworm, arm swings.

Circuit: Ladder count down. Start w/ 8 reps for ea. exercise. Start over and do 7, then 6…until you do 1 of everything.
Pushups-8 then Jump Jack-8 then Squat-8 then Split Shuffle-8 then Mt Climb -8
Now repeat everything 7x…then 6x and so forth.
This has your whole body included. Try to complete without stopping. Of course, always modify and rest when needed. All of you are AWSOME!
