Well, here we are in 2015! Time to get back to normal life with a regular schedule.
What to talk about today? How bout getting back to basics…
A lot of people are starting their new eating and exercise plans. This is awesome and I am fully supportive. I also believe in doing things correctly.
Do yourself a favor before you start exercising…get someone to check your posture. If you already have pain issues… I can pretty much guarantee posture issues are present. These malalignments lead to muscle imbalance, joints problems and pain. Now, add exercise to the equation…more problems!
The fact of the matter is, fitness clubs do not have anyone on staff to address this issue. Even most personal trainers do not address posture. I never did either…until I learned FOUNDATION TRAINING! Posture is everything!
For most people, your pain issues can be resolved by postural corrections…then strengthening the weak muscles that were causing the poor posture. BOOM…now you feel better and can walk, run, play tennis, lift weights…whatever you want to do in better posture. You will be stronger, move better and feel better.

Being healthy is more than just how much weight you lift and being able to run a marathon! It starts with your frame! Take care of it. Foundation training will keep your frame healthy.
