Keep working on those Founders….longer, navel back more, chest higher, breathe bigger. Bring that oxygen into the lungs, ribcage,back muscles.
You will feel tension, your muscles will stretch, your muscles will shake….just keep breathing and creating space.
Foundation Training is a process…you get better if you practice every day.
Enjoy the process and feel the new you develop. It’s powerful stuff!
