FOUNDATION TRAINING: A series of exercises that focus on the underused posterior chain of muscles. Foundation Training will lengthen and strengthen this chain of muscles. Space between discs is created, more flexibility and mobility happens, awareness of how you move happens, and pain is greatly decreased.
Foundation Training is a must have for every fitness level.
Elite athletes should add FT to their programs.
All young athletes should learn Foundation Training. FT will prevent so many injuries from ever happening….because the posterior chain will be prepared to handle the work load.
Foundation Training will even help those of us who just go to work everyday and sit behind a desk, who stand on our feet all day, or any other repetitive work…
