Do a warm up then some FT poses.
Today will be a weight lifting day….just because…
Finish with this: do this circuit as many times as possible in 10 minutes.
1. Split squats-5 per side
3. Alternating Bodyweight chops- 5 per side
4. Triple stop push-up -5
5. Jump jack-5
Whooo Hooo!!!! Gotta go!
