Do each group of supersets 3x. Rest 30 sec between supersets.

Superset #1
Burpee w/ a pushup-10 reps
DB Rows-15 rep per side

Superset #2
Split Squat w/ Front Foot Elevated-15 rep per side
DB Shoulder Press-12 per side

Superset #3
1 Leg Deadlift-15 per side
Mt Climb-20 per side
