Beginner 20/10 Workout

Tue April 9,2013:
Do 20 sec work then rest 10 sec.
Wall Squat-20 on 10 off 6x
Kneeling pushup-20on 10 off-4x
Stickups-20 on 10 off- 4x
Plank-20 on 10 off-4x
Jump Jack- 20 10 off-6x

These are short, fast, intense total body workouts. Don’t tell me you don’t have time.
