Mar 20,2013: EXERCISE!
Do a warm up and lightly stretch. Prepare the body.

Group 1: Eccentric Pushup- 8rep{5 sec count down then fire up}
Plie Squat-15 rep
Rest up to 30 sec. Repeat 2x
Group2: Reverse Lunge w/ a front kick-10 per side
Lat Pull Downs- 10 rep
Rest up to 30 sec. Repeat2x
Group 3: Side Plank w/ a roll under- 10 rep per side
SB Leg Curl-15 reps
VIOLA! Excellent Job…. Should have gotten some good burn from this!
