Thur 3/7/13: Let’s WORKOUT! Warm up first.
Group 1: Burpee-30 sec
DB Row- #0 sec ea side
Rest up to 1 min…Repeat 2x

Group 2: Wide Squat-30 sec
Off Set Push ups-15 sec ea side[put on hand on a block do pushups-then move block to the other hand]
Rest up to min,,Repeat2x

Group 3: Walking Lunge-30 sec
Plank-30 sec
Rest up to 1 min…Repeat 2x

Group 4: Standing Shld Press- 30 sec ea side
Jump Jack-30 sec

BOOM!! Get out there and RULE the day
