Density Workout

Wed Marck 6,2013: Do your warm up and stretching!

Density Circuit: Do the following circuit as many times as you can in 15 minutes.

BW Squats-10 reps
DB Rows-8 rep per side
Jump Jack-10 rep
Standing Shld Press- 8 per side {one side at a time}
Mt Climb- 8 per side
Inchworm-4x
