Tue Feb 19,2013: Do this circuit 3x…resting 1 min between circuits. do each exercise for 30sec.
Narrow Stance BW Squat
T Push Ups
Jump Jacks
Alternating Prisoner Reverse Lunge
Mt Climb
Total Body Extenion
