Valentine Day Workout

Thur Feb 14,2013:  Warm up: Everything 20 sec.  Rest 1 min.  Repeat 2x

BW Squat, Push Up, Calk Jumps, Mt Climb, Total Body Extensions.

Group 1: Split Squat- 1- 1/2 style 30 sec. [go all the way down-half way up- back down – all the way up]

Eccentri Push Up-30 sec.[ 5 sec down-push up quick]

DB Rows-30 sec ea side w/ medium weight

Rest 1 min. Repeat 2x

Group 2:  Jump Jacks-30 sec.

Alternating Lateral Lunge- 30 sec.

Plank- 30 sec.

1 arm shoulder press-30 sec ea arm.

Rest 1 min. Repeat 2x

Group 3:  Dumbell/kettlebell swings- 30 sec

Inchworm- 30 sec

Jump rope/ Fake Jump Rope 30 sec.

Crossbody Mt. Climb-30 sec.

Rest 1 min. Repeat 2x
