Hello Legs!

Feb 12,2013: Workout

Warm up: prisoner lunge-20 sec, pushups -20 sec, mt climb-20 sec, stick ups-20 sec.  Rest 20 sec. Repeat 2x.

Group 1: Lunge Jump- 30 sec.

Eccentric push ups [5 sec down]

rest up to 1 min …  Repeat 2x

Group 2: low box jumps- 30 sec

split squat – 30 sec ea leg

close grip push up- 30 sec

db row- 30 sec ea side

Lateral Lunge-30 sec ea leg

crossbody mt climg-30 sec

jump jack-30 sec

BOOM BOOM BOOM!!! FEEL THE FIRE IN THOSE LEGS.

Safety first…if you can’t jump DON’T! Modify.  work hard
