Are You Slipping?

Tue Feb,12,2013:  Haven’t had much to post the last couple of days.  That doesn’t mean I have not been busy or neglecting my fitness ways.  Hoping everyone is still sticking to their resolutions,goal commitments….whatever you want to call it.  It’s only the 7th week of the year….. Come on….If you are slipping…STOP IT!  Re-focus, re-commit, we are all in this together.  Ask questions, talk about it, call a friend …whatever you have to do to get back on track.

This is about YOU!  Your health, weight, fitness, life.
