20 Total Body Extension

30 Prisoner Lunge {15 per side}

20 Pushups

30 Prisoner Squats

10 Burpees

30 Mt Climbs {15 per side}

10 Pushup

30 Split Shuffles {30 per side}

10 Burpees

20 Prisoner Lunges {10 per side}

30 Cross-Body Mt Climbs {15 per side

WHOOOOO HOOOOOOO!!!!!!!

OH I FORGOT SOMETHING!!!!!!!

Finsh Up with this:

100 REPS OF :  BW Squats, Push Ups, and Jumping Jacks…Any combo you want until 100 is reached.

Now Your Finished!!!

If there is an exercise you can’t do…substitute something in it’s place. Modify when you need too.  Safety first and work hard….this is your HEALTH!
